[0001] [0002] RESONATOR DEVICE FOR MUSICAL WIND INSTRUMENTS [0003] TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0004] [0005] The present invention has application in the music industry, and more specifically in the field of wind instruments, being able to be coupled both individually to a mouthpiece and to any channel of a wind musical instrument, both metal and wood, by the that the air flows as for example in the embouchure, tudel, pump, etc., being able to use for it an adapter / coupler or directly. [0006] [0007] The invention allows to cover several needs of wind players, both in their evolution and development in the study of sound, and in the increase of resistance. In addition, it solves the need to be able to practice with the mouthpiece or mouthpiece without producing the characteristic sound of each instrument, which reduces the discomfort that this can cause to third parties, since it substantially reduces the volume of the sound, acting as a mute. [0008] [0009] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0010] [0011] At present there are various types of devices for wind instruments. [0012] [0013] The Berp brand has a device that attaches to the outside of the instrument's stem, into which the mouthpiece is inserted and the corresponding exercises are performed. It has a mobile piece that allows creating different openings for air passage. Among the drawbacks of this device it is worth mentioning that it only serves for the instrument for which it has been built, it only serves for wind instruments, it can not be used with the mouthpiece alone or with the instrument creating different resistances, it does not dampen the sound, does not allow to collect the saliva and does not produce resonator effect. [0014] [0015] This same brand has another device that consists of a small tube that is inserted in the tudel of the instrument, in which the mouthpiece is inserted and the corresponding exercises are performed. The device has the same drawbacks as in the previous case. [0016] The Buzzmaster brand has a device that consists of a small tube in which the nozzle is placed. Among the disadvantages of this device it is worth mentioning that it only serves for the instrument for which it was built, it only serves for wind instruments, it can not be used with the instrument creating different resistances, nor using the instrument's own mechanism to emulate the execution in it, does not dampen the sound, does not collect the saliva and does not produce resonator effect [0017] [0018] The Buzzard brand has a device similar to the previous one, which consists of a small tube in which the nozzle is placed, presenting the same drawbacks as in the previous case. [0019] [0020] On the other hand, the brand JO-RAL sells a device consisting of a tube to which a small bell is attached, in which the nozzle is placed. It has a plurality of holes to change the resistance of the air passage. Similar to the previous cases, its drawbacks are that it does not work for another instrument, only for the one that has been built, it does not work for wind instruments, it can not be used with the instrument, using its own mechanism and emulating the execution it does not muffle the sound and does not collect the saliva. [0021] [0022] Likewise, US Patent No. US-4378724 also describes an accessory for practicing, which in a manner analogous to the previous cases does not solve the problem of resonance, nor to collect saliva, or muffle or muffle the sound and only serves to a certain instrument. [0023] [0024] In conclusion, none of the antecedents is adaptable for the whole family of wind instruments, as well as the duality of being able to be used both with instrument and independently with a metal instrument nozzle or wooden instrument embouchure. [0025] [0026] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0027] [0028] The present invention relates to a resonator device for wind instruments, which allows to solve all the drawbacks of the aforementioned devices. [0029] [0030] The invention helps the instrumentalist to improve the imposition and the fluidity in the musical discourse, so that they are optimal. In this sense, the use of the device creates a resistance similar to the one offered by the instrument itself, emulating the usual practice with it. With time and practice, this allows structuring the muscles and lips in the instrumentalist, giving concreteness to the vibration and greater optimization of the air. Thus, it is possible to adapt the flow and the air pressure so that they are optimal, achieving more autonomy and resistance. It also induces a proper placement of the throat, tongue and lips, achieving a greater record thanks to the correct setting of the air. [0031] [0032] Another advantage of one of the embodiments of the device of the invention is the possibility of using it with the instrument itself, since it can be coupled to it by means of different adapters. In this way it can be used with the usual position of the instrumentalist and perform a joint study of sound and fingering. [0033] [0034] All this added to the substantial reduction of the volume of sound, gives a new dimension to the study of the embouchure, makes it indispensable for any instrumentalist. [0035] [0036] Taking beyond the development of instrumental practice, combining the latest technologies, the invention allows, through a small accessory, digitally synthesize the sound of each instrumentalist, opening a world of possibilities for analysis and musical development. [0037] [0038] Another important aspect to note is that traditionally, the musician practiced mouthpiece exercises emitting a sound and vibrations that by placement and by harmonic resistance had nothing to do with those made later on the instrument. The main problem, the placement of the air column is solved by the device of the invention, so that it can be controlled creating a natural resistance like the one found in the instrument. [0039] [0040] Also, a great advantage of the device of the invention is its resonator effect. The musician can hold the device directly by hand, so that the vibrations that were previously projected in the void of a room, are now transmitted by the hand and arm to reach the inner ear of the musician. This is achieved to be aware of the result of the exercise you are doing, being able to change the frequency and at the same time the placement of the air column applied to the nozzle. This represents as an advantage over the devices of the state of the art that the instrumentalist is able to link the labial frequencies to its harmonic physical memory. [0041] [0042] In short, musical education achieves the goal of sound perfection more quickly by means of invention, in addition to achieving a daily evaluating method of how the instrumentalist is by comparative method, achieving musical excellence. In short, more sound with less physical effort. [0043] [0044] For this, the device proposed by the invention comprises a preferably hollow body or shell, whose main effect is as a resonance chamber, having at one end a wall with a final hole through which the air escapes and allowing the accumulation of saliva that can later be eliminated. [0045] [0046] Preferably, the body comprises a cylindrical geometry, having a wall at one of its ends, in which the orifice is located. [0047] [0048] Also the device comprises a cover that closes the opposite end of the body, but with communication with the interior of said body, allowing the passage of air and having an outer hole in communication with a silencing element, which is mentioned below. [0049] [0050] The lid and the body can be pressed together or screwed together. [0051] [0052] Associated with the body and the lid, the device internally comprises a silencing element, which additionally causes an internal resistance to the passage of air. Although the silencer may be embodied in different forms, it preferably refers to a silencer, consisting of a brass body, hollow internally, comprising a cup-like end formed by multiple and small adjacent spherical bodies that have interstices not visible, but that enable the fluidity of the air through it muffling the sound. The silencer is also preferably adapted to the cover by means of a thread, although it can be pressurized. [0053] [0054] Having these three basic elements, body, cover and silencing element, the device can be coupled, as indicated, to any part of the body of a wind musical instrument in which there is a channel that allows communication and air passage . [0055] DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0056] [0057] To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, an assembly of drawings is included as an integral part of said description. With an illustrative and not limitative character, the following has been represented: [0058] [0059] Figure 1 shows a schematic view in elevation, partially sectioned, in which the device is shown coupled to the tudel of a trumpet in which the pump has been previously disassembled. [0060] [0061] Figure 2 shows a view like that of figure 1 in which the device is shown coupled to the main pump tube of a trumpet. [0062] [0063] Figure 3 shows a schematic elevation view in which the device is shown coupled to a nozzle of a wooden wind instrument, such as a clarinet or saxophone. [0064] [0065] Figures 4 to 7 show two longitudinal sections and elevational views in which an exploded view of the device and the different phases of coupling of the elements of the device with each other and with a trumpet mouthpiece. [0066] [0067] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION [0068] [0069] In view of the figures outlined it can be seen how in one of the possible embodiments of the invention the resonator device for wind instruments (A) proposed by the invention comprises a body (1), which acts as a resonance chamber, and which in one end has a final hole (2) through which the air escapes and allowing the accumulation of saliva that can later be eliminated. [0070] [0071] The device comprises a cover (3) that closes an end of the body (1) opposite that of the final hole (2), but with communication with the interior of said body (1), which allows the passage of air. The cover (3) has an outer hole (4) in communication with a silencing element (5). [0072] The lid (3) and the body (1) can be mutually coupled, in the embodiment shown under pressure. [0073] [0074] Internally the device comprises a silencing element (5) which is associated with the body (1) and the cover (3), which causes an additional internal resistance to the passage of air. [0075] [0076] The silencer (5) consists of a brass body, internally hollow, comprising a cup-like end formed by multiple and small adjacent spherical bodies that have non-visible interstices, but which enable the fluidity of the air through them dampening the sound. The silencer (5) adapts to the cover (3) by means of pressure. [0077] [0078] Figure 1 shows the device coupled to the tudel of a trumpet (A) in which the pump has been previously disassembled. Also, Figure 2 shows the device coupled to the main pump tube of a trumpet (A). [0079] [0080] In both cases it is practiced more realistically, that is to say including the weight of the instrument (A), when the device is coupled to it, exercising the mouthpiece (B) and at the same time pressing the pistons or keys to practice without emitting sound that could cause discomfort to whoever is around. [0081] [0082] For this, preferably and since in most cases it is for use with wind musical instruments (A) metal, the section of the outer hole (4) of the cover (3) is variable depending on the instrument (A). Preferably it is comprised between 10-15 mm, since the tudel section of these metal instruments (A) is approximately 12.7 mm. [0083] [0084] With the body (1), cover (3) and silencing element (5), the device can be attached independently to any mouthpiece (B) of a wind musical instrument (A). [0085] [0086] In figure 3 the coupling of the device, directly without coupling element (6), to the mouthpiece (B) of a wooden wind instrument (A), such as a clarinet or a saxophone, is represented. Preferably the outer hole (4) of the lid (3) can have a variable section depending on the type of wooden instrument (A) to which it is to be coupled. For example in wooden instruments that is usually between 17/18 mm. [0087] Figures 4 to 7 show the coupling of the device to a mouthpiece (B) of a trumpet (A) by means of a coupling element (6). The cutting and coupling phases of the components are observed. To this end, the device comprises an additional element (6) consisting of a preferably elongated hollow body that acts as a coupler between the cover (3) and the mouthpiece (B) of a musical instrument (A). More specifically introducing a first end of the nozzle in the outer hole (4) of the cover (3) and therefore being of complementary sections to allow its coupling either under pressure or thread. [0088] [0089] The second end of the nozzle, opposite the first, is adapted to be coupled to the free end of the nozzle (B) of a wind instrument (A), whose sections are also complementary to allow their coupling, which may vary depending on the the section of the mouthpiece (B) that is variable from one instrument to another. The coupling can also be pressure or threaded. [0090] [0091] Preferably the body (1) and the lid (3) are made of plastic materials, among these polyoxymethylene (POM) or polypropylene. [0092] [0093] In view of this description and set of figures, the person skilled in the art will be able to understand that the embodiments of the invention that have been described can be combined in multiple ways within the object of the invention. The invention has been described according to some preferred embodiments thereof, but for the person skilled in the art it will be evident that multiple variations can be introduced in said preferred embodiments without exceeding the object of the claimed invention.
